A walk towards my Expressions...
This painting is the pair to The Dancing Lady. The turban is an honor in the Rajasthani culture. The cotton clothes a requirement for the scorching heat. Colors and textures of vibrant Rajesthan.
Playing with just pure paint on canvas and letting it flow with the rhythm of my hand movement created this interesting art. This reminds me of the deep sea.
This painting is inspired by my Rajesthan culture, where the colors are from vegetable dyes. The henna is an art that is also symbolic to the woman's happiness as her husband lives. The textures are of sand depicting the dessert. This lady is engrossed in her dance in the tunes of the man's flute.
The happy yellows and blues mingle to raise the spirits around. Feel very happy looking at this art piece.
Buddha holds your hand and takes you towards salvation. I love the way the monochromatic colors forms a ray of path. The vibrations and universe around. The bright touch of color in the center is the representation of life.Painting this was as relaxing as looking at this art.
This is the ethnic side of me. I am very close to my culture and while growing up, I have seen a lot of color and texture around me. Sporadic strings depicts the early string instruments which are slowly becoming lost or are modified to newer modern forms.
The colors and forms have something mystical about this painting.
